Honest questions before you hire
Can we use sensitive data with AI without exposing it?
Yes, that’s the usual case. You can combine self-hosted open-source models, upstream filtering, contracts with cloud providers guaranteeing no-training on your data, and RAG architectures where the model never “sees” the sensitive data in clear. We design case by case.
What if the AI is wrong or “hallucinates”?
It’s a real risk and it must be designed against. Techniques: RAG with cited sources, answers constrained to the internal corpus, confidence thresholds, human review in critical flows, and full logging so any answer can be audited afterwards.
Do you work with our technical team or autonomously?
Both. We can act as an end-to-end external team or embed within yours (pair programming, code review, knowledge transfer). It depends on project size and internal capacity.
Are we locked in with you after launch?
No. The code is yours, the documentation is complete, and we train you to maintain it. Many clients stay with us out of convenience — not technical dependency.
Can you rebuild an existing site instead of starting from scratch?
Often that’s the sensible path. We audit the current site, identify what stays, what gets rewritten and what gets retired. We avoid rebuilding for the sake of it.
