05.1/MEASUREMENT · REPORTS 360 REAL-TIME

Agency specialized in360º Reportingwith a unified, actionable digital dashboard.

We design executive dashboards that unify web, acquisition, business and operations in a single view. Fresh data, agreed definitions, readable charts and alerts when something falls out of range. Built for board meetings — not to decorate offices.

STANCE

An executive dashboard is not about adding more charts. It’s about answering three questions at a glance: are we on track?, what’s failing?, what do I have to decide this week? Any dashboard that needs an expert next to you to read it is badly designed — no matter how pretty.

WHAT WE MEASURE

Typical dimensions of a 360º

Not every one is always included. We tailor the mix to business and audience.

01

Acquisition

Traffic, cost, CPL/CPA, channel mix, attribution. With reads by campaign, geography and device.

02

Behavior

Qualified sessions, engagement, conversion funnels, drop-offs. With qualitative crosses when relevant.

03

Conversion

Leads, sales, LTV, rate by channel and segment. With reconciliation between analytics and CRM/ERP.

04

Retention

Cohort analysis, churn, repeat rate, aggregated NPS. For businesses with continuous relationships.

05

Operations

SLAs, response times, queues, incidents. When the digital business has a visible operational component.

06

Financials

ROAS, margin by channel, net contribution. So marketing and finance speak the same language.

ARCHITECTURE

How data flows

From source to dashboard, with controls at every layer.

  1. L01

    Sources

GA4, ad platforms (Meta, Google, LinkedIn), CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce), ERP, back-office. Official APIs or a server-side event CDN.

  2. L02

    Ingestion

Managed pipelines (Fivetran, Airbyte) or custom. With schema validation, retry logic and failure monitoring.

  3. L03

    Storage

Warehouse (BigQuery, Snowflake, DuckDB) with partitioning and dimensional modeling when volume calls for it.

  4. L04

    Modeling

Transformations (dbt, SQLMesh) with data quality tests and living documentation. Business logic lives here — not in the dashboard.

  5. L05

    Visualization

Looker Studio, Metabase, Power BI or custom. The "cosmetic" layer — the important work is already solved below.

WHAT YOU GET

Tangible deliverables

Concrete pieces ready to use in the board room.

Metrics dictionary

Document with every KPI defined: formula, source, owner. The source of truth for every data conversation.

Executive dashboard

Board-room view with the 5-8 key metrics and their variations. Designed for 60 seconds, not 30 minutes.

Operational dashboard

View for the executing team. More depth, filters, comparisons by channel/segment.

Alert system

Automatic notifications when a metric goes out of range. To the right channel (Slack, email) and with context — not just the number.

Architecture documentation

Data flow diagram, sources, transformations and responsibilities. So audit or an external partner can understand it.

Team handover

Training for the internal team to maintain and evolve the 360º without depending on external technical help.

HOW IT’S MAINTAINED

Data governance principles

A 360º without governance decays in months. These are the five pillars.

  • 01

    One owner per metric

Every KPI has a person accountable for its definition and quality. Without this, any change becomes no one’s land.

  • 02

    Automated data quality

Tests running on every update: expected values, freshness, integrity. Failures go to Slack — not discovered in the meeting.

  • 03

    Documented changes

Any change in definition or calculation is documented with date and reason. Auditable to reconstruct historical comparisons.

  • 04

    Quarterly reviews

Every quarter, a review session with the business: which metrics are still useful, which are excess, which need to be added.

  • 05

    No vanity metrics

Any metric that doesn’t inform a decision leaves the dashboard. The list of "cool metrics that don’t serve" is long and needs pruning.

FREQUENTLY ASKED

Honest questions before hiring

Can we use the 360º if we already have Looker/Power BI/Metabase?

Yes, that’s the usual case. We don’t propose changing tool if the one you have works. Value lives in data architecture, definitions and governance — not in the visualization layer.

How long until it’s operational?

It depends on the number of sources and the state of current analytics. With GA4 and an ad platform properly instrumented, the first version arrives sooner. If current analytics are dirty, we have to clean them first — we’d tell you clearly.

What about sensitive data (customers, sales)?

Processed under NDA and in your own infrastructure if the case requires it. We work with warehouses in your account (BigQuery, Snowflake in your cloud) without moving data to our systems.

Can we start with a small piece?

It’s the most common and the most sensible approach. An executive dashboard with 5-8 well-defined metrics is often worth more than a full 360º with everything. It grows in layers.

Will we get "trapped" with you afterwards?

No. The transformation code, documentation and credentials are yours. The internal team is trained. Many clients stay with us out of convenience — not technical dependency.

NEXT STEP

Does leadership decide with the data, or in spite of it?

Tell us what reports are looked at in committee and what questions remain unanswered. We’ll see if we can help and how.

Let’s talk?

Analytics audit under NDA. No generic proposals.
