Agency expert inDigital Analysiswith senior diagnosis before every strategic decision.
Comprehensive audit of web, acquisition, measurement, technology stack and organisation with senior judgment. A professional reading of the digital state of the business that identifies the levers with real impact on results.
A digital analysis is not filling a slide deck with findings. It is knowing which of those findings matter today, which can wait, and which are noise. That filter is the difference between a report and a decision.
Situations where an external analysis helps
Typical scenarios we have walked into.
The numbers do not match
The agency reports one thing, GA4 says another, and the ERP shows different orders. Reconciliation is needed before any decision.
You are about to redesign
Before signing a major redesign, know what works and what does not in the current site — so value is not thrown out along the way.
Digital leadership is changing
New Digital Director, new CMO or new CEO. You need a neutral picture of the actual starting point.
Acquisition has plateaued
Channels that used to work perform worse and it is unclear whether it is the market, creative, web, offer or measurement.
Digital due diligence
You are about to buy, sell or integrate a digital operation and need a technical and business reading with judgment.
You have grown in jumps
Digital ops were set up fast and now there are overlaps, duplicate tools and unclear ownership.
An orderly process, no filler
Four clear phases. Each one delivers something usable.
- 01
Framing
We understand business, market, objectives and constraints. We define the questions the analysis must answer. Without this, the rest is air.
- 02
Immersion
Access, interviews with team and agencies, data review, technical audit. Cross-reading of internal and external sources.
- 03
Diagnosis
We consolidate findings and prioritise by real impact. We separate urgent from important from cosmetic.
- 04
Presentation & plan
Delivery to leadership with clear reading, decision map and possible next steps — not a to-do list.
Tangible deliverables
Documents and sessions designed to decide, not to archive.
Executive report
Short read for the board. What is happening, why, and what it implies for the business.
Technical diagnosis
Detailed document with findings per axis, evidence and priority level. For the operational team.
Decision map
The 8-12 decisions worth addressing in the coming months, with suggested order and dependencies.
Quick wins identified
Levers that can be moved without a major project. Who, with what and in what order.
Active risks
What is currently costing money or exposure and had not been on the radar.
Debrief session
Board presentation with holistic reading, answers to questions and agreement on next steps.
Honest questions before hiring
How is it different from a technical audit?
A technical audit tells you what is wrong against best practices. A digital analysis tells you what is wrong relative to your business, your market and your moment. One answers "does it comply?", the other answers "does it serve you?".
Do you sign an NDA before starting?
Yes. It is the norm. Before touching sensitive data we sign confidentiality and define what information is shared, with whom, and how it is destroyed at the end.
How do you work with our current agency?
With professional respect. The agency enters the process as one more source and receives a clear read of what is being done well. The goal is not to replace it unless you ask for that: it is to understand the whole.
After the analysis, can you execute what is recommended?
We can, but it is not required. Many clients execute with their current team or agency. Others ask us to accompany the first decisions. That is decided after, not before.
Do you need full access to our data?
We need read access to key systems (analytics, ad platforms, back-office when relevant). We never write or modify without explicit authorisation from your internal team.
Would an external analysis fit your current context?
Tell us the moment you are in and the decision ahead. If we see we bring useful judgment, we say so. If not, we say so too.
Shall we talk?Confidentiality guaranteed. No generic proposal.
