2. Data we process
We only process data that you actively provide through the forms on the site, email or any other contact channel. This may include:

4. Retention period
We keep your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected:
- Enquiries not converted into clients: up to 12 months from the last contact.
- Clients: throughout the commercial relationship and, after its termination, during the applicable legal limitation periods (6 years for commercial matters and up to 10 years for tax matters under Spanish law).
- Commercial communications: until you withdraw your consent or exercise your right to object.
- Navigation and cookie data: as indicated in the Cookie Policy (maximum 24 months for analytical cookies).
5. Recipients of the data
Your data may be shared only with the following recipients, always under strict contractual safeguards:
- Technology service providers acting as data processors (hosting, email, CRM, analytics and marketing automation tools), with data processing agreements signed under art. 28 GDPR.
- Public authorities, courts and tribunals when required by law.
- We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for commercial purposes.
- Some providers may be located outside the European Economic Area (EEA); in that case, we only work with providers adhering to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or covered by Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

7. How to exercise your rights

We will reply within a maximum of one month from receipt of the request, extendable by two additional months for particularly complex requests.

8. Data security
E-XPRIMENET CONSULTING S.L. applies appropriate technical and organisational measures to guarantee the security, integrity and confidentiality of your personal data, preventing its alteration, loss, unauthorised processing or access, taking into account the state of the art, the nature of the data and the risks to which it is exposed (art. 32 GDPR).

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy to adapt it to legislative, case-law or business changes. In such cases, the new version will be published on this page indicating the date of the last update.
