General Terms of Use

Legal terms governing access to and use of the www.e-xprimenet.com website and the content and services offered through it.

1. Purpose and acceptance

These General Terms of Use govern access to, navigation and use of the website www.e-xprimenet.com (hereinafter, "the Site"), owned by E-XPRIMENET CONSULTING S.L., with Tax ID B98271604 and registered address at Calle Uruguay No. 11, Floor 7, Suite 711 · 46007 Valencia · Spain.

Use of the Site grants the condition of User and implies full and unreserved acceptance of all provisions included in these Terms, as well as in the Legal Notice, the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.

2. Access and use conditions

Access to the Site is free of charge and does not require prior registration. Some services or features may require the provision of personal data through forms, in which case the Privacy Policy applies.

The User undertakes to make an appropriate and lawful use of the Site and its content, in accordance with applicable law, these Terms, morality and good customs and public order.

  • Not to use the Site for illicit purposes or against good faith.
  • Not to disseminate content that is illegal, defamatory, violent, discriminatory, obscene or that may infringe third-party rights.
  • Not to introduce viruses, malicious code or perform acts that may damage, overload or impair the operation of the Site.
  • Not to use automated mass data extraction systems (scraping) without prior express authorisation.
  • Not to impersonate third parties or present oneself in the name of other persons.

3. Intellectual and industrial property

All content on the Site (texts, images, graphics, designs, code, trademarks, logos, sounds, animations, videos, databases and any other material) is the property of E-XPRIMENET CONSULTING S.L. or of third parties who have authorised its use, and is protected by current intellectual and industrial property regulations.

The reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation or any other form of total or partial exploitation of the Site content is expressly prohibited without prior written authorisation of the owner. Infringement of these rights may give rise to the corresponding civil and/or criminal actions.

Personal, non-commercial and good-faith use of the content is allowed, provided the source is cited and the integrity of the work is respected.

4. Links to other sites

The Site may contain links to other websites managed by third parties. E-XPRIMENET CONSULTING S.L. is not responsible for the content, policies or practices of those sites and recommends that the User reads their terms and policies before using them.

The inclusion of a link from the Site to a third party does not imply any relationship, recommendation or sponsorship, unless expressly stated otherwise.

5. Limitation of liability

E-XPRIMENET CONSULTING S.L. uses reasonable means to ensure the accuracy, updating and availability of the Site content, but cannot absolutely guarantee the absence of errors, interruptions, defects, viruses or other harmful elements.

Consequently, to the extent permitted by applicable law, E-XPRIMENET CONSULTING S.L. shall not be liable for any damages arising from:

  • The unavailability, maintenance issues or malfunctioning of the Site.
  • The lack of usefulness, suitability or validity of the Site or its contents to meet specific needs, activities or results.
  • The existence of viruses, malicious programs or any other harmful content that may affect the User’s computer system.
  • Improper, unlawful or negligent use of the Site and its contents by the User.
  • The contents of linked websites not operated by E-XPRIMENET CONSULTING S.L.

6. Amendment of the terms

E-XPRIMENET CONSULTING S.L. reserves the right to modify at any time the design, configuration, content, services and these Terms. Changes will take effect from their publication on the Site.

The User is advised to review this page periodically. Continued use of the Site after the publication of changes implies acceptance thereof.

7. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute arising from access to or use of the Site, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Valencia (Spain), expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, save for the mandatory application of another jurisdiction on consumer grounds.

In accordance with EU Regulation 524/2013, the European Commission provides consumers with the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
