Agency expert inDigital Reputationwith measurable protocols for monitoring, response and recovery.
How your brand is perceived on Google, generative AI, reviews, socials and media. Honest diagnosis of the real state and strategy to influence it — without promising impossible removals or buying fake reputation.
Online reputation cannot be bought or erased. It is built with consistency, managed with judgment and defended with craft when a crisis hits. Anyone promising to "delete" negative results is selling smoke — and will often leave technical traces that make things worse.
Moments when reputation needs to be put in order
Typical situations where the brand can no longer improvise a response.
Active crisis
Something happened (coordinated negative reviews, negative article, viral post) and a response with judgment is needed, not in the heat of the moment.
Google is not telling your story
The first page of branded results contains old, misinterpretable or outright damaging content.
AIs describe you poorly
ChatGPT or Perplexity give a biased, incorrect or outdated description when asked about your company.
Reviews below the sector average
The aggregate rating does not match the actual service quality and is hurting conversion.
Corporate transaction ahead
Funding round, sale or alliance in motion. Before the counterparty investigates your digital footprint, have it under control.
CEO / visible leadership change
Personal reputation of public-facing figures is exposed and their digital management needs to be professionalised.
A process with craft, not smoke
Four phases designed to act on what can actually be moved.
- 01
Perception diagnosis
We listen everywhere: branded SERP, AI answers, reviews, socials, forums. We document the real state, not the wished-for one.
- 02
Root cause analysis
We understand why reputation is where it is: actual facts, historical communications, competition, algorithmic bias. Without cause reading, no solution.
- 03
Intervention strategy
We prioritise which fronts to address and with which levers: own content, review response, media relations, corporate content, legal management when applicable.
- 04
Operational playbook
Continuous management protocol + crisis plan + brand reinforcement roadmap. So reputation stops being reactive and becomes an internal capability.
Tangible deliverables
Documents and processes ready to operate, not to archive.
Reputation radiography
Documented current state: SERP, AI, reviews, socials, media. With captures, evidence and holistic reading.
Risk map
Focal points currently damaging or capable of damaging the brand. Prioritised by likelihood and impact.
Intervention plan
Concrete levers to move each front: content, response, relations, legal management. With order and owner.
Crisis protocol
Operational document: who decides, who communicates, with which baseline messages, in what timeframes. So you do not improvise when it hits.
Continuous monitoring
Setup of alerts and dashboards so reputation stops being an annual exercise and becomes a live indicator.
Leadership session
Presentation of conclusions to the committee and agreement on intervention level, budget and internal ownership.
Honest questions before hiring
Can you delete negative results from Google?
In most cases, no. Google only removes content in very specific legal cases (right to be forgotten under conditions, defamatory content with a sentence, sensitive personal data). Anyone guaranteeing blanket removals is lying. What can be done is to displace them with own content of higher authority — and that takes months of real work.
Do you buy reviews or "positive" content?
No. Neither buying fake reviews nor paying for undisclosed mentions. It is against platform policies, increasingly detectable, and when it surfaces it does more damage than the original problem. We work to obtain real reviews from real clients and genuine corporate content.
Do you work in continuous mode or one-off?
Both formats. A one-off project makes sense when there is a specific crisis or a sensitive moment (funding round, CEO change). Continuous mode makes sense when the brand is exposed enough to warrant stable monitoring.
How do you coordinate with our legal team?
When there is a legal component (defamation, unfair competition, right to be forgotten) we work with your firm or propose partners if you do not have one. We handle the digital and communications side — we are not lawyers and do not pretend to be.
What if the negative reputation is actually true?
Then the first recommendation is not "manage it better", it is to correct what is wrong. We are frank about this from the first conversation. Then yes, we help communications track the real change — but not cover it up.
Is digital reputation where it should be, or is there work to do?
Tell us what is happening (or what you fear might). We look at the real situation and say what can be moved and what cannot. No smoke promises.
Shall we talk?Confidentiality guaranteed. No generic proposal.
